This BUPI CLEANER® cleaning machine is used by DAIMLER CHRYSLER at Sindelfingen for perfect cleaning of truck axles that have been used on trucks, running on the Daimler Chrysler testing course. The axles are then dismantled and subjected to inspection for hair-cracks. The productive dimensions of the cleaning machine are:

BUPI CLEANER® conveyor cleaning machine for cleaning endless steel bands with maximum width of 150 mm and thickness from 0,5 to 2,65 mm. The steel bands are rolled and are contaminated with oil residues. This machine is equipped with a particular band supporting system of ball-rollers on which the steel band is conveyed through the individual cleaning zones of the machine. Additionally, the jet-tube-system for spray cleaning is reinforced by a brush cleaning system within the washing area.

This BUPI CLEANER® cleaning machine, it is a standard model, adapted to the cleaning requirements of the customer.

Beside the standard cleaning with the jet-pipe-system, the customer can manually clean badly accessible areas on the parts to clean with the installed high pressure-pump-aggregate before or after the regular cleaning process. For this purpose the cleaning cabin is illuminated and is also equipped with lateral windows and reach-through-the-wall-gloves.

With this BUPI CLEANER® portal cleaning machine KRUPP BERCO BAUTECHNIK G.m.b.H are optimally cleaning miscellaneous hydraulic demolition-hammers and hydraulic demolition-tongs, before the equipment is dismantled and the individual parts are cleaned again, before the actual maintenance and repair work. BUPI CLEANER® Crankshaft Cleaning Machine

The BUPI CLEANER® crankshaft cleaning machine is built as a twin tank cleaning machine and serves for the final cleaning of miscellaneous crankshafts. In this machine, crankshafts are treated with a rotating-diameter of max. 5oo mm, and in the manufactured lengths from 1.643 to 3.813 mm. The largest crankshaft weighs 1.475 kg. For cleaning, the crankshafts are fitted between centers and rotated over friction drives.

BUPI CLEANER® Cleaning Machine
Type 3–S/SCHTP–KV2A
(Sliding door version)

BUPI CLEANER® cleaning machine for simultaneous cleaning of large mowing knife assemblies with a maximum length of 3230 mm. For cleaning the mowing knife assembly, a particular holding fitting is installed on the rolling trolley in order to prevent the work pieces from turning over. Moreover, the machine has an automatic transport system for loading and unloading. This single chamber cleaning machine is equipped with a pneumatically operated sliding door.

The BUPI CLEANER® Twin-Tank Ferris Wheel Cleaning Machine is designed for the cleaning stages, washing, rinsing and drying of miscellaneous exhaust-parts. The parts to clean are placed in standard skid sized grid crates.
The grid crates have the standard measurements 1240 x 840 x 900 mm, (L x W x H). The loaded crates are rolled into the cleaning chamber and bolted. The grid crates are not completely filled in order to get an optimal cleaning efficiency, allowing the parts to be cleaned to move within the crate during rotation.
