BUPI CLEANER parts washer at Intertool 2022
Our parts washing system BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC PRO presented itself with convincing features to the trade audience at Intertool 2022. For a whole four days, Intertool was the platform for all areas of industrial manufacturing processes from 10.05. – 13.05.2022. 250 exhibitors came to present future-oriented products and services as well as insights into coming relevant industry trends. 10,405 visitors were able to experience how versatile and challenging industrial manufacturing processes are within the framework of Austria’s largest industrial trade fair. As an innovative solution in the field of industrial parts cleaning, the BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC PRO cleaning machine convinced the exhibition visitors. The cleaning system for industrial processes was presented by our long-standing sales partner in Austria, MAP Pamminger.
2-bath system with lifting or hinged door: BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC PRO
The BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC series is optionally available with one cleaning bath and one or two rinsing baths. Since loading is possible either via a lifting door, a hinged door or, on request, via a sliding door, the parts washer can be flexibly integrated into different process sequences and environmental geometries.
The cleaning machines of the BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC series have proven to be all-round talents with a particularly wide range of applications. The innovative parts washers are characterised by their particularly space-saving and compact design. The components to be cleaned are inserted into the cleaning system via a trolley. During the effective cleaning process, the parts rotate in the unit while being exposed to a hot cleaning medium from three sides under high pressure and with a large volume flow.
