Compact parts washer for industrial KLT and GLT container cleaning

The BUPI CLEANER^® POWERTEC KLT PRO is a two-tank cleaning system characterised by its space-saving and compact design. While the POWERTEC BASIC, PRO, and PREMIUM models are primarily designed for cleaning components and workpieces, the KLT PRO is specifically designed for the automated cleaning of small load carriers (SLC), containers, and plastic pallets.

SPECIFICATIONS of the industrial cleaning system

The industrial cleaning system is loaded using a washing basket that can be placed directly into the machine. Alternatively, loading can also be done using a feed cart.

Custom washing baskets for lids and blister packs with telescopic drawers are also available upon request. In addition, we offer customized cleaning solutions and contract manufacturing to optimally meet specific customer requirements in the field of industrial cleaning machines.

CLEANING PROCESS

The containers in the washing system rotate horizontally within the system during the cleaning process. They are cleaned and rinsed with hot cleaning fluid under high pressure and at a high flow rate, and then dried with hot air. To load and unload a cleaning basket simultaneously, multiple feed carts can be used. This nearly doubles the system’s capacity.

Simultaneous loading and unloading is also possible for efficient production. By using multiple feed carts, the cleaning basket can be loaded and unloaded in parallel. This nearly doubles the capacity of the container washing system.
